The duration of the challenge is 8 weeks!

The winner of our 8-week challenge will be selected based on an assessment of their overall transformation throughout the program. This includes not only the physical changes noted in the before and after photos/videos, but also the individuals adherence to the set calories and their engagement with coaching and support provided.

To maintain fairness and integrity, the use of anabolic steroids is strictly prohibited for the duration of the challenge. Any participant suspected of using performance enhancing substances may be required to undergo a blood test to verify compliance.

The winners of the SCP 8 Week Challenge will be announced 1–2 weeks after the challenge ends.

Your first plans will be available before the commencement of the challenge as long as your onboarding form has been completed.

During the initial 8 week period, you cannot put your membership on hold. It must remain active during the duration of the challenge.

For this challenge, we are giving away $1K to the best transformation.

Yes, your coach will personally create your meal plan based on your dietary needs. You will be able to change the meal plan once a week if needed.

Yes your training will be designed for you and your lifestyle, just let your coach know what you specifically need to ensure your success in the program. (Injuries, access to equipment etc)
